We are constantly evolving our Chardonnay and this Chablis style may be one of our favorites so far. On the nose is Pineapple, white nectarine, starfruit, and a hint of orange zest. In the mouth the soft-syrupy acid wash mingles among the flavors of apple and pear ending with a hint of shortbread and lemon-thyme.
