Nose: Subtle jalapeno, rose petals, cardamon, bosenberry and dark chocolate.
Taste: This is a full bodied wine with flavors of all-spice, sour and dried cherry, green peppercorn, fennel, and black current. The noteable Red Mountain tannins support a long finish that circles back to cherries, tobacco, blueberries; so much going on!
Mouth: A burst of flavor up front that settles down with soft acidity.
Just bottled on June 30th, 2023 - we recommend decanting if not storing it for a bit.
