2020 L'ermite - Grenache
Silver - 2023 8th Annual Pacific NW Wine Competition
Our newest vintage of vineyard designated Grenache; born in the Rocks of Oregon!
Tasting notes
Nose: The aroma of the Oregon Grenache is bursting with intense fruit notes. You'll detect ripe cherries, black raspberries, and marionberries on the nose, along with a subtle hint of spice and a touch of floral notes.
Taste: Complex, medium-bodied, and well-balanced with ripe berry notes. Besides tasting what is on the nose, we get a little Olallieberry with soft acidity adding to the structure. This is a great follow up to our 2019 Grenache.
We love Oregon Grenache for it's pleasant berry fruitiness that is easily approachable, making it an ideal choice for enjoying with a variety of dishes, such as grilled salmon, game as-well-as vegan dishes.
