2019 Le Jugement Red Blend - GSM
Our most recent GSM (Mourvedre dominant)
Gold - 2022 Bellingham Northwest Wine Competition
Tasting notes
Nose: Rich and complex aromas of plums, raspberry, blackberries and thyme with hints of smoke
Taste: Full-bodied with a silky texture of soft tannins and balanced acidity. The flavors mimic the nose with even more layers of dark fruit, a bit of cherry, and white pepper. A harmonious blend of grapes producing a long and delightful mix of fruit, and spice that linger.
Overall, our GSM is a versatile wine that can pair well with a range of foods. It can be a good match for grilled or roasted meats, such as lamb, beef, or venison, as well as stews, casseroles, or hearty pasta dishes. It can also be a good pairing for aged cheeses, such as cheddar or gouda.
